Middle Ages

The middle ages started when the emperor Theudosius divided the empire in 395 , into two parts .

• The Western Roman Empire that all that part was the western provinces
• The Eastern Roman Empire that all that part was the eastern provinces

The emperor theudosius divided the empire because he thought that in that
way it was easy to defend the empires .
Romulus Augustulus was the last emperor of the Western Empire , in 476 .
